Nina, Property Manager - I joined O'Neill Properties Group in May 2005. I have had the privilege of working on many of the residential properties that Brian O'Neill has developed over my 4 years with the company. I began in property management at our apartment communities in Conshohocken and Valley Forge. From there I moved to our Private Sporting Estate in Portsmouth, Rhode Island, Carnegie Abbey Club. I sold high-end luxury condominiums and cottages on the Narragansett Bay. I was then asked to work on a condo conversion project in Southern California as a Sales & Marketing Specialist. While on the project, we increased traffic and drove sales while assisting first time homebuyers. I am currently property manager for The Londonbury in Conshohocken. The Londonbury is a fabulous place to work and an even more amazing place to live. Located on the banks of the Schuylkill River, The Londonbury features a variety of floor plans to fit anyone's needs. I pride myself in building great relationships with my customers and assisting them in this big decision-making process of finding a new home.
